Method And Apparatus For Image Splicing/Tampering Detection Using Moments Of Wavelet Characteristic Functions And Statistics Of 2-D Phase Congruency Arrays
Embodiments of the invention are a novel splicing detection scheme that detects the spliced images by distinguishing image features that are extracted by exploiting both magnitude and phase information of a given image. The image features include the statistical moments of characteristic functions of wavelet subbands of a test image and a prediction-error image. In addition, the approximation (LL) subband at different levels is individually erased by forcing the wavelet coefficients to zero and the inverse wavelet transform is applied in order to produce reconstructed image with enhanced high frequency components. Further, the moments of the characteristic functions of these reconstructed images provide additional image features. Moreover, the statistics (mean, variance, skewness and kurtosis) of 2-D phase congruency array associated with the reconstructed images provide additional image features for splicing detection. These inputs provide a 120 dimensional image feature vector that includes 96 moment features and 24 phase features.
Identifying Computer Graphics From Digital Photographs
Computer graphics may be detected in digital images by extracting a first set of features from an input digital image, extracting a second set of features from a prediction-error image derived from the input digital image, and applying a classification algorithm to the first set of features and the second set of features to determine if the combined sets of features indicate that the input digital image corresponds to computer graphics.

Abstract:
Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein n is a integer of 0 to 2; R. sub. 1 ' and R. sub. 2 ' are, independently, hydrogen, halogen, trifluoromethyl, lower alkoxy or lower alkyl; and X is pyrimidinyl, thiazolyl or ##STR2## wherein R is hydrogen, lower alkyl, aryl or ar-lower alkyl; provided that at least one or R. sub. 1 ' and R. sub. 2 ' is other than hydrogen, and their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts, and an anti-inflammatory method utilizing a compound of the formula ##STR3## wherein n is an integer of 0 to 2; R. sub. 1 and R. sub. 2 are, independently, hydrogen, halogen, trifluoromethyl, nitro, amino, lower alkylamino, di-lower-alkylamino, lower alkoxy or lower alkyl; and X is pyrimidinyl, thiazolyl or ##STR4## wherein R is hydrogen, lower alkyl, aryl or ar-lower alkyl; and their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts, are described.

Abstract:
Various disclosed embodiments include methods and systems for correlating local media uniform resource identifiers (URIs) between a first web browser of a first user device and a second web browser of a second user device. The method comprises establishing a session between the first web browser, the second web browser, and a server. The method comprises performing an action related to a first URI on the first web browser. The method comprises encoding the performed action as a resource description framework (RDF) graph including the first URI and sending the RDF graph to the server. The method comprises translating the received RDF graph to a second RDF graph including a second URI based on a predicate stored in the server. The method comprises sending the second RDF graph to the second browser.
System And Method To Dynamically Synchronize Hierarchical Hypermedia Based On Resource Description Framework (Rdf)
Various disclosed embodiments include methods and apparatus for dynamically synchronizing hypermedia based on Resource Description Framework (RDF). A method for hypermedia synchronization within a session hosted by a server includes establishing a communications link between the server and a first user device during the session, and generating a first identifier associated with a first uniform resource identifier (URI) that identifies first hypermedia. The method includes receiving, at the server, a request from the first user device including a second URI that identifies second hypermedia to be added to the session, and generating synchronization information providing a temporal relationship between the first URI and the second URI, where the synchronization information includes an RDF triple.
