Abstract:
This invention is a light baton for use in aquatic games, comprising a translucent baton body, end inserts at both ends of the baton body, an end insert connected to an inserted light-emitting module, holes in the translucent baton body, and arcuate convex protuberances on the outer surface of the translucent baton body; the holes in the translucent baton body allow water to flow in and surround the light-emitting module, with the change in air and water density causing the baton to sink in water, while the liquid has a refractive effect on the colorful lights from the light-emitting module; the colorful beams of light pass through and are refracted by the ripples in the liquid within the baton body to produce illumination, making the baton ideal for having fun in water.
The present invention relates to a straw cup with variable lights, primarily comprising of a set of light-emitting diodes surrounding the inside of the cup's straw, a circuit controller board, and power switch; when the power is activated, the liquid inside the straw's cup refracts and directs light, increasing the variation and brilliance of the twinkling lights and thus further increasing the variation of the straw cup's multicolored lights.

Abstract:
This invention is a light stick with a dazzling effect, comprising a handle, a dazzle layer and a transparent tube; on the upper part of the handle there is an illuminated body with a number of light-emitting diodes (LEDs); the body of the handle has a battery and a number of on/off switch; the dazzle layer is fitted inside the transparent tube which is then placed over the illuminated body, then joined together with the handle; in this way a light stick with a changing dazzling effect is provided.
Methods And Apparatus For Ameliorating Signal Reception
Methods and apparatus are disclosed for ameliorating signal reception. An example method disclosed herein includes receiving a composite satellite signal comprising a desired signal component and an interference signal component, converting the received composite satellite signal to a digital received composite signal, receiving a first group of samples from the digital received composite signal, generating an interference estimate of the interference signal component based on the first group of samples, combining the interference estimate and a second sample belonging to a second group of samples to remove, partially or entirely, the interference signal component from the composite satellite signal, the first group of samples received prior to the sample belonging to the second group of samples, wherein the removal is generally independent of the code chip rate of the desired signal component and substantially retains the undistorted chip edge characteristics of the desired signal component.
