Abstract:

A system and method enable a consumer to redeem loyalty points and coupons. The consumer is presented with a choice of electronic loyalty point redemption options and coupons, specific to the consumer and based on a behavioral purchasing rating system. The consumer's selections are transmitted to the participating vendor so the consumer can immediately pick up the consumer's selection from the vendor or utilize the desired coupons. The vendor can initiate new loyalty point redemption options dynamically. The vendor can accurately identify whether or not a promotion drove the consumer to the vendor's store through time and membership identification correlation.

Abstract:

In some implementations, a method includes receiving user input indicating a request to create a task and presenting a visual representation of the task. The method can also include receiving user input indicating an assignment of the task to an assignee, sending, to a second application, a first notification indicating the task and the assignment of the task to the assignee. It can further include receiving, from the second application, a second notification indicative of a change to a status of the task, and modifying the visual representation of the task to graphically illustrate the change in the status of the task in the user interface of the first application.

Abstract:

Techniques are described herein for providing people suggestions in collaborative online text editors. A method includes: receiving user interface input that corresponds to a document in a document editing application; automatically parsing the received user interface input to identify a name included in the user interface input; in response to identifying the name included in the user interface input, providing an option to create a link in the document between the name and a corresponding contact in a contact store; receiving additional user interface input that indicates acceptance of the option to create the link in the document; and in response to receiving the additional user interface input, automatically creating the link in the document between the name and the corresponding contact in the contact store.

Abstract:

A bioreactor is provided that permits engineering of multiple different tissues. The bioreactor has a series of flow paths that permit application of tissue-specific media while simultaneously innervating the various different tissues with a common media. The flow paths for the various medias are designed to prevent mixing of the various media as they simultaneously innervate the tissue.
