Abstract:
The present invention provides a hand-held massage assembly that is modular and allows a user the option of using a roller mechanized massager with or without a handle. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the hand-held massage assembly includes a roller mechanized massager having an electro-mechanical connection. A handle is connectable to the electro-mechanical connection on the roller mechanized massager by a first electro-mechanical connection at one end thereof. The handle also has a second electro-mechanical connection at an opposite end. The first electro-mechanical connection and second electro-mechanical connection of the handle are electrically coupled to each other. A power cord having an electro-mechanical connection is coupled to the second electro-mechanical connection on the handle. All of the electro-mechanical connections are designed such that the handle may be removed from the assembly and the electro-mechanical connection of the power cord may be coupled directed to the electro-mechanical connection of the roller mechanized massager.
A hand-held massage assembly includes a power cord connectable to an electrical power supply, a vibratory massager, and a handle conductively coupling the power cord and massager. The handle may be removed and the power cord coupled directly to the massager. The vibratory massager includes a relatively flat working surface and a second connector for receiving either the first connector of the power cord or a first end of a handle.

Abstract:
A hand-held, convertible pressing iron/steamer device includes a steaming module including a compartment for holding water, and a heater for producing steam from the water. The device further includes an ironing module including a heatable flat pressing bottom surface, the ironing module being selectively attachable to the steaming module so as to direct steam through the flat pressing bottom surface. There is also a handle attachable to the steaming module and the ironing module. In a first configuration, the handle is operably and detachably mounted to the steaming module alone. In a second configuration, the handle is operably and detachably mounted to the steaming module and the ironing module.

Abstract:
A portable, modular garment steamer includes a carriage and steamer body detachably mounted thereon. The steam body includes a water tank, a reservoir and a steam chamber having a water heating element. A steam hose connected to the steam chamber permits a user to control the direction of steam exiting the steamer. The carriage includes wheels making the assembly movable. In addition the steamer body includes a carrying strap providing for portability when separated from the carriage. On/off switches as well as a thermostat and/or a timer permit the control and selective operation of a water heating element to control the generation of steam.
