Kristina Hopkins has been named The BOSS Group’s first ever Talent of the Quarter. The announcement came at a luncheon held in Kristina’s honor on August 2, 2010. While multiple nominations were submitted, Kristina, who has been working with The BOSS Group since 2005, rose to the top as a shining example of the BOSS core values and overall impact to the client, based on feedback from her supervisors, colleagues and her BOSS recruiter. Kristina makes a daily impact within her team; consistently going above and beyond her official role she has proven invaluable in keeping projects moving, meeting tight deadlines and successfully accomplishing what one co-worker described as a “seemingly impossible request.” In addition to her regular duties, Kristina has stepped in to take on extra responsibilities and learn new skills, helping her team to continue offering great service even during times of staff turn over. Kristina is even relied upon to train new team members. She has received praise and gratitude from multiple contacts at the client site from her immediate supervisor to senior executives.
