About:

I am a realtor living in Gilbert and the east valley Since 1987. I sell residential re-sale, new build, town homes and land in greater Phoenix area with a special focus on Gilbert homes. I was born in Chadron Nebraska in 1971 the youngest of 3 children. My parents moved us from state to state as a child going from Chadron to Denver, CO to Laramie, WY to Centreville VA and finally to Phoenix, AZ (Awhatukee). Every house we lived in my dad was always repairing and upgrading. I began to learn the things the he was doing and started by taking things apart, putting them back together and constructing things of my own, working with my hands felt very satisfying. I graduated High School from Corona Del Sol in Tempe and then went on to college to earn an associates degree in mechanical engineering and auto mechanics. I then went in the field of auto repair got married as was working for Advanced Goodyear Auto Service and finally Power Toyota of Tempe . There I achieved the Highest level of A.S.E. Certifications, Master Certified technician and L1 certified (advanced auto diagnostics). During this time my wife was working with a local real estate firm, Remax Alliance Group, as a receptionist. She was so excited about real estate that it caught my attention. With my skills of fixing things and her wanting to be a realtor inspired us both to get our real estate license. Initial we began by fixing and flipping homes then it blossomed into her selling homes with my assistance. Finally my wife decided to pursue a career as a flight attendant to gain medical benefits and free flights as well. This was the time when I left Power Toyota and became a full time realtor in Gilbert. I have never looked back. I bring my own level of integrity and service to each of my clients.
