Abstract:

This invention relates to a method for antagonizing induced the neuromuscular blocking effects of certain therapeutic agents and pathological disorders in mammals, which comprises administering to said mammal an antagonizing-effective amount of a compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R. sub. 1 and R. sub. 2 are each hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl-lower alkyl or hydroxyalkyl, or, when taken together, form a heterocyclic ring with the nitrogen to which they are attached, with the proviso that both are not hydrogen; R. sub. 3 is hydrogen or alkyl; and R. sub. 4 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, halogen or acyl; or a salt thereof with acids.
