Abstract:A preferred embodiment of a packaging device comprises a lid that is slidably engaged to a tray having a compartment for holding processed sliced meats. The packaging device further includes a manually releasable lid lock for re-sealing the packaging device after use. Also provided in a preferred embodiment of the packaging device is a support foot for stabilizing the package during stacking or vertical display.
