Throughout my life I discover that I am my greatest motivator so each day I reflect on my life and I do something to change for the better. Growth is good so I will continue to plan my work and work my plan. I am a 30 plus years of age individual this out spoken in a constructive criticism matter. I'm not here to tear people down but I'm here to elevate individuals to be better. I'm finishing up my associate's degree and working towards my bachelor in health science. Yes I want to help people mainly children that is reaching the obesity level in their lives. I know that there is a healthier inexpensive alternative to have a healthy lifestyle that is enjoyable. My goal is to work on me work on my degree and work on children to have obesity issues. If you start them young they will pickup better healthier habits.
