About:

A full-time, successful Realtor since 1998, I have closed in excess of $300 Million dollars in residential real estate, with more than 250 transactions. I work overtime to exceed my clients needs and expectations. I answer my phone and return emails and calls promptly. Hours and hours go into each property showing - before we even get into the car and go look at homes. Once I know the criteria you need, I search and preview homes to make sure they really are what you want. A little bit about me and how I came to live in Park City: Growing up in Las Vegas, Nv. and living in Orange County, Ca for 13 years set me up to fall in love with Park City. As I reached my late 30's I discovered I had enough of the traffic, the 2 hours waits at restaurants and just the pace of life in California. The beach was great, but the price was too high. As a teenager and young adult I skied Park City often, never dreaming I would have the opportunity to live here. My husband was invited to Park City by Promontory Ranch Club in 2004 for a Golf Media day to promote the new golf community. That was it. We fell in love with the summer, the quiet, the recreation. We were also focused on a great place to raise our son, then 5 yrs old. Within a few months we purchased a lot for retirement. Before we had even closed on it we looked at each other and said - " Why are we waiting? Let's do this now!" And we did. Living here since 2006, I have had time to really explore the different areas within Park City. There are so many fabulous areas with all kinds of different attributes. Where are the most stunning views? I know each street and neighborhood that has to die for views. How about a great wooded areas? I know those too.
