Along with the internship assignments listed on my resume, I was also in charge of the administrative responsibilities in each office. These include managing the front desk and greeting visitors/clients/constituents; drafting and typing correspondence and reports, and receiving and directing callers. In addition, I was responsible for duties such as answering inquiries as a representative of the organization; scheduling all appointments and meetings; preparing for conferences and seminars; re-ordering and maintaining all office supplies; sorting and preparing all mail; copying; faxing; filing; and scanning. I also have experience with the MS Office programs, and I type 55-60 WPM.
