Abstract:

A water soluble cosmetic or pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical actives in an electrolyte solution which, when impregnated with one or more retentive fillers (such as, for example, silica or hydrophobically modified silica, lamellar filler, crosspolymer, cellulosic, resins, or silicone elastomers) can form stable solid compositions with structurants.
