About:

I am a Native Alameda County, California resident. I have lived all but 3 years (my Dad was transferred to Ohio when I was a young girl) in this county. I am a fortunate lady, I am happily married with 2 daughters and 4 grandsons who are all well and happy. I have been in the real estate industry for 25 years. I began my career in property management and quickly learned it was not what I was really interested in. I then went to work for Coldwell Banker in Fremont as the Office Manager where I processed agents in and out of the office and Board of Realtors, and worked as the Transaction Coordinator. From 1995 through 2007 I then worked in title and escrow. I started as an Escrow Assistant, then Jr Escrow Officer and from there went onto become an Account Manager. This was my passion I quickly discovered. An agent and client then asked me if I would be interested in being an adjunct instructor in title and escrow procedures at Chabot Community College in Hayward, CA. I thought I would give it a try and also learned that I enjoyed this as well. I taught for 6 years and loved every minute of it. After the housing crash in 2007, I went back to transaction coordinator and finally realized that I really wanted my real estate license, It was time for me to take the plunge and do what I've always wanted to do and I have not looked back since. My first 9 months in the business I earned the President's Award from Bay East Association of Realtors!
