Real estate is my blood. I have been a successful real estate agent for over 27 years and still find excitement in matching homeowners with their dream homes. I currently reside on the water in Sorrento Shores in Osprey with my wife and two children. When I am not cheering on the Florida Gators I can be found out on the water in my boat or on my jet-ski. In fact, showing waterfront property by boat is something for which I am known. Originally from Illinois, where I earned my degree in Business Administration from Goshen College, I moved to Florida and started Biscay Realty with my father before joining Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. My wife, Tonya, is a registered nurse in pre-op at Sarasota Memorial Hospital where she has dedicated herself for the past 18 years. Our daughter, Chloe, is a sophomore at Sarasota Christian School and our son, Blake, is a sophomore at University of Florida in Pre-Pharmacy. We are all involved in the Bayshore Mennonite Church in Sarasota. What gives me the edge in real estate? I am devoted to my clients.
