Susan graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Education, and relocated to California in 1977. She was employed by Unocal Oil Company at their corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, and held financial, economics, and human resources positions. While working with inter-company relocations, she became interested in residential real estate. Over the past 30 years, Susan and her husband Mike have lived in Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties. During the relocation process, she has become acutely aware of the many details to be considered in relocating a family. With an 19 year-old daughter and 14 year-old son, Susan has been heavily involved in their schools, serving as PTA President at the unit and council levels. She also has directed musicals in elementary and middle schools, and taught Classical Music Appreciation to G.A.T.E. students. Susan is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors®, and the Simi Valley/Moorpark Association of Realtors®.
