Abstract:

A method of screening passengers for a passenger aircraft flight includes a step of obtaining voluntary consent from a plurality of passengers to perform background check. The method further includes formulating a data record associated with each of the plurality of passengers. The passenger aircraft flight is scheduled as one of a plurality of regular scheduled flights. Prior to the passenger aircraft flight, it is determined whether a person is associated with a formulated data record. The method includes denying participation by the person in the passenger aircraft flight if the person is not associated with a formulated data record.

Abstract:

A method includes a step of effecting a purchase of a first aircraft by a first plurality of fractional owners. Thereafter, a lease is granted by the first plurality of fractional owners to a first entity, the first entity operable to coordinate maintenance and operation of the first aircraft. The first entity is provided with a first fee payment in exchange for the coordination of maintenance and operation of the first aircraft. The method also includes determining a use allocation for each fractional owner in an amount based on a fraction of the first aircraft owned by the fractional owner, the use allocation comprising a measure of flight usage of one or more fractionally-owned aircraft including the first aircraft. The method further includes reducing the use allocation for more than one fractional owner after a single flight that includes at least one passenger associated with each of the more than one fractional owners.

A method includes receiving a first request for a first reservation on a first aircraft flight, the reservation associated with a first fractional owner, and receiving a second request for a second reservation on the first aircraft flight, the second reservation associated with a second fractional owner. The method further includes deducting a first value from a first use allocation associated with the first fractional owner responsive to the first request and the first aircraft flight, and deducting a second value from a second use allocation associated with the second fractional owner responsive to the second request and the first aircraft flight.
