Deep Fried Daddy is Stephen Wolfe who is a father to three and husband to one. I graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham with a degree in Elementary Education. After graduating from UAB, I worked at Cornerstone Schools of Alabama for four years from 1996-2000. While there, starting in 1998, I was also a part time Children’s Minister at Cottage Hill Baptist Church in Pleasant Grove until 2001. Upon getting married, I took a job in Birmingham City Schools at North Roebuck Elementary School from 2000-2007. When my first child was born in 2005, I began working part time in Real Estate for two years until my second child was born in 2007 at which time I quit teaching to have a more flexible schedule. Since then, we have had another child, who graced our lives in 2009. Currently, I do some tech support for some real estate agents here in town, help a few people find homes, and am looking to get back into education. An offer has been made and I’ll be back teaching again this fall if the state of Alabama can get my paperwork finished.
