Abstract:

An apparatus for generating electricity that uses at least one jet-type engine fueled with fissile material. The nuclear fueled jet engine is affixed to a connecting member that projects from a central, rotatable shaft, which is in engageable communication with an apparatus for converting the rotation of the central shaft to electricity, such as a stator and rotor combination. The engine is positioned so that the thrust produced by the jet engine causes the engine and connecting member to travel in a radial direction around the longitudinal axis of the central shaft, rotating the central shaft. As the central shaft rotates, the rotational motion of the central shaft is transmitted to conversion apparatus. An operating gas is used to cool the nuclear fueled jet engines and as the propellant for the jet engines.

Abstract:

A system, device, and method for tracking and monitoring mobile phone usage while operating a vehicle in order to deter and prevent such usage are disclosed. The system comprises a device that engages with both a user's vehicle and an application on a user's mobile phone to monitor the usage of a mobile phone in a vehicle and to prevent and/or interfere with certain functions of the mobile phone while the vehicle is being operated. The device is also capable of recording information on the device about the different states of the device, such as the number of times and length of time the device is in each state, as well as the count and time that the audible alarm and/or visual alarm is on, which data is transmitted to the mobile phone application. The device, in combination with the mobile phone application, is capable of recording information on the device and/or mobile phone application about certain behaviors the user engages in on the mobile phone while operating a vehicle. The device is capable of triggering an audible alarm and/or visual alarm when the user is not complying with certain protocols.
