He specializes in the marketing of waterfront homes, condominiums and resort properties providing both local and national exposure through strategic internet and media placement. Stephen became actively involved in the motion picture and television industry in 1991 serving with the Florida Motion Picture and Television Association which served as a liaison office between the Florida Film Commission and various production companies seeking to produce projects along the Florida Panhandle. He would go on to form two production firms in Northwest Florida, which produced various media for the corporate, commercial, and political arenas.
