Stephen started at FXCM in 2007 as an entry level sales rep where his passion and dedication was apparent to everyone around him. He soon took on training new hires and went on to design not only a full time training role but an entire department. Stephen has taken on every new challenge with confidence and optimism landing in cities all over the world. He has trained fxcm reps far and wide, been involved with the ODL/FXCM merger as well as our merger in Japan. He has been called on to assist with training our largest white labels and been relied on to wow prospective partners (now converted). All along, Stephen has held himself to the highest standards; tirelessly seeking to improve his knowledge and tweak his classes. His energy and optimism have inspired his managers, his colleagues and generations of new hire classes.
