I am Shelia Bennett and my husband, Greg, and I own and operate Exit Realty of Beaufort in Historic Beaufort, SC. Exit Realty is a full service real estate brokerage which provides marketing and sales of residential homes and land, commercial properties, acreage and development tracts. Exit Realty has associates that specialize in foreclosure, short sale, and military H.A.P. distressed properties. We also have 2 property management divisions. Long term residential and short term vacation beach rentals which are serviced by Sea Island Rentals. I am passionate about providing the highest quality of training, technology tools and support for our agents to ensure their success. I realize that our realtors are the true asset of the brokerage. I work diligently to explore, test and introduce new systems and tools to maximize the productivity for our agents, bringing them greater career satisfaction. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counseling providing me with specialized skills. I have worked in the field of Psychology/Counseling and Sales. My education combined with my sales experience allows me to appreciate the needs of our clients and sales associates. Greg and I are the proud parents of a teenage daughter. We have lived in Beaufort, SC since 1996. We are members of Sea Island Presbyterian Church. I enjoy gardening, scuba diving, reading, and spending time at the beach
