Wisconsin Center District approves 30-year lease for Bucks' new arena
The lease's terms were approved Wednesday morning by the district's board. The lease and a non-relocation agreement for the Bucks will protect taxpayers, said Scott Neitzel, board chair and state Department of Administration secretary.
