I specialize in adolescent issues and development, and self-injury. I am passionate about educating the community regarding self-harm and other important mental health concerns. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families in all stages of life. I believe the relationship between the therapist and the patient is the most important factor in obtaining a successful therapeutic outcome and improving mental health. Providing a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment is a key component of effective therapy. I employ a variety of methods and techniques that can be utilized based on the treatment goals, values, personality, and needs of each individual. I value and hope to empower every individual to make a positive impact in both our immediate environment and our collective world. I am a careful and confidential listener and understand that every person is a unique individual with common problems deserving of dignity, compassion and respect.
