Abstract:

The present invention relates to Amido-Substituted Pyrimidinone Derivatives of Formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R, R, R, R, Rand Rare as defined herein. The present invention also relates to compositions comprising at least one Amido-Substituted Pyrimidinone Derivative, and methods of using the Amido-Substituted Pyrimidinone Derivatives for treating or preventing HIV infection in a subject.
