I have lived in the Triangle area (Research Triangle Park - Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill) since 1975, when I entered NC State University as a freshman, majoring in Biological and Life Sciences. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1979. I returned to NC State in 1981 and studied Computer Science. I began working at Nortel (Northern Telecom) in the computer room on 2nd and 3rd shift. I continued my career there until 2007, holding many positions during my 25 year career there. I gained valuable experience in systems and processes, contracts, negotiating, people and time management, training, documentation, systems testing, computer hardware and software, and dozens of end-user applications. I will hire a professional photographer to take high-quality interior and exterior pictures of your home that will cast it in the "best light". I will hold a broker open house/luncheon within the first two weeks of listing, then hold a public open house the next week. I will hold open at least monthly or more frequently if high traffic volumes are indicated. No one will work harder to sell your home than I will. When you are ready to make an offer on one, I will perform a thorough analysis of the price to ensure you are not over-paying for a home. I will also negotiate price, terms, and conditions which are in your best interests - not mine or the sellers. I will coordinate all home inspections and attend them, if you are unable to. I will attend the closing with you to ensure a smooth transaction. I can also help you arrange for financing with our in-house lender.
