  • Appl. No.:
    10/028469
  • Inventors:
Richard Tamian - Sparta NJ 07871
  • International Classification:
    F16K 1736
  • US Classification:
    137 38, 251212
  • Abstract:
The adjustable vibration valve of the invention is a simple but effective device to regulate the flow of a fluid when the invention is vibrated by an outside source, where the adjustable vibration valve comprises a flow chamber with an inlet port and an outlet port, an adjustable valve seat between the lower interior volume of the flow chamber and the outlet port, and a selectively sized control ball which remains on the adjustable valve seat in moveable engagement with the adjustable valve seat, such that said control ball is stable relative to said adjustable valve seat when the adjustable vibration valve is at rest, forming a seal, but which becomes disengaged from the adjustable valve seat when the vibration valve device is vibrated by an outside source, permitting fluid present in the flow chamber to flow past the selectively sized control ball, through the adjusted inner opening of the adjustable valve seat, and then through the outlet port.

  • Filed:
    Dec 23, 2004
  • Appl. No.:
    11/020298
  • Inventors:
Richard Tamian - Sparta NJ, US
  • International Classification:
    A01K 91/00
  • US Classification:

The device is comprised of a cylindrical shaped casing with an interior chamber which houses an adjustable, triple action, spring mechanism that automatically maintains a constant counter force on the fishing line against the tugs and pulls caused by the erratic movements of a caught fish, whereby not only helping to hook the fish but also preventing any slack in the fishing line that could cause the loss of said fish.
  • Adjustable Bicycle Pedal Training Device

    view source
  • US Patent:
    7097597, Aug 29, 2006
  • Filed:
    Jun 21, 2004
  • Appl. No.:
    10/872829
  • Inventors:
Richard Tamian - Sparta NJ, US
  • International Classification:
    A63B 22/06
    G05G 1/14
  • US Classification:
    482 57, 745947
  • Abstract:
The adjustable bicycle pedal training device of the invention is a simple, easy to install device used by beginner cyclists for learning how to balance and ride a two wheel bicycle without the physical support from a non-rider and without the aid of other bicycle training devices, wherein said device replaces the customary right and left pedals on a bicycle. Each pedal member can be adjusted into two stages, wherein stage , stage is the shortened and contracted stage, such that, said device pedals do not interfere with the motion of the rider's legs when maneuvering the bicycle forward, while the octagonally shaped design of said invention in this stage provides the beginner with eight foot pedal surfaces that facilitate and improve the pedaling and learning process. After the cyclist has developed, learned, and mastered said balancing skills, the pedal training device is then adjusted to the longer and expanded stage and utilized as standard bicycle pedals to propel said bicycle forward.

  • Abstract:
The Dragon-Name Game is a unique letter, word, and number dice game consisting of; a special six-sided, six-colored die having the letters D. R. A. G. O. N. individually placed, one letter and color per each face side, see FIG. ; a partitioned six-sided blank-surfaced die used for the inscription of the letters of a player's name, see FIG. ; and a score card to record the numerical points, see FIG. ; and played with a standard six-sided dotted casino die. The Dragon-Name Game is a competitive dice game designed particularly for children of grammar school age, whereby, the object of said game is to match the letters from the D. R. A. G. O. N. die to respective letters on the score card, while accruing numerical points from the casino die. By substituting the blank-sided die, other selected words and names can also be used as reference words. The player with the highest score after four rounds of play, wins.

  • Multiaxial Vibration Valve

  • US Patent:
    20060090792, May 4, 2006
  • Filed:
    Nov 2, 2004
  • Appl. No.:
    10/979459
  • Inventors:
Richard Tamian - Sparta NJ, US
  • International Classification:
    F16K 17/36
  • US Classification:
    137038000
  • Abstract:
The multiaxial vibration valve of the invention is a stand alone device that operates in any axial plane to regulate the flow of a fluid when the invention is vibrated by an outside source, wherein the multiaxial vibration valve comprises a flow chamber () with an inlet port () and an outlet port (), a valve seat () between the lower interior volume of the flow chamber and said outlet port, a control ball (), in moveable engagement with said valve seat, and a compressional spring (), such that said spring holds the control ball up against said valve seat forming a seal which prevents any fluid to flow from the flow chamber to the outlet port when said valve device is at rest in a non vibrating stable condition, and has a spring compressional force value such that it allows said control ball to become dislodged from the valve seat when the valve device is accelerated by oscillations and vibrations from an outside source, which allows fluid present in the flow chamber to flow past the control ball through the valve seat and then through the outlet port, wherein when said device ceases to vibrate, said compression spring working in conjunction with the curved lower portion of the flow chamber (), automatically repositions the control ball to the valve seat, restoring said seal, whereby preventing the flow of the fluid.

  • Tamian Fusion Cell

  • US Patent:
    20090229974, Sep 17, 2009
  • Filed:
    Mar 15, 2008
  • Appl. No.:
    12/075929
  • Inventors:
Richard Tamian - Sparta NJ, US
  • International Classification:
    C25B 9/00

  • US Classification:
    204272, 204279, 204289, 204284, 976DIG003
  • Abstract:
The Tamian Fusion Cell is a uniquely designed electrolytic cell that promotes the process of nuclear fusion. The cell consists of an outer cylinder whose inner surface is lined with palladium (Pd), a middle cylinder of platinum (Pt), which acts as an ion “kicker”, and a central palladium (Pd) electrode post. The middle (Pt) cylinder is perforated, allowing for the electrolyte and ions to flow from the outer cell chamber through these holes to the inner cell chamber and vice versa. A dual-polarity, direct current power supply is connected to the cell by either a “double-pole double-throw” switch or by an “integrated timing circuit”. The purpose of the I.C. timing circuit or switch is to periodically reverse the polarities of the cell's palladium electrodes, which creates a fluctuating ion flow, whereby promoting constant fusion at the negative palladium electrode. The electrolyte is composed of (LiOD) Lithium deuterium oxide, (HO) water, heavy water (DO), (HCl) dilute Hydrochloric Acid, and added (H) tritium ions. When an electric current is passed through this electrolytic bath, the positive deuterium ions D will accelerate toward the negative (Pd) palladium electrode by the “ion kicker”, causing them to collide and fuse within the palladium metal's crystal lattice structure forming a helium (He) atom and energy. Water tubes situated within the cell transfer this heat energy to an operational heat exchanger device located outside the cell.
