As a psychotherapist and coach of U.S. Olympic athletes for 20 years, I bring a unique, positive approach to psychotherapy. I use a number of eclectic clinical approaches to treatment. I am not a head nodder! Clients who want to finally move past repeating destructive patterns in their life and who want a strong guiding hand would do best with me. I also believe that trust and a supportive approach to treatment is essential but I also believe that therapy does not need to take years to be effective. I work with a brief, depth-oriented, psychoanalytic approach. This is not a superficial therapy but a style of treatment that can be as life-changing as a very long-term treatment. I also specialize in helping creative artists and Industry executives overcome psychological obstacles to success, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, mood disorders, and personality disorders.
