Abstract:

A dummy SRAM cell for use in a dummy bit line circuit uses the same transistors as used in a standard SRAM cell, which includes first and second subsets of transistors configured as first and second bit line output circuits. The dummy SRAM cell includes the same first and second subsets of transistors, with the first transistors configured as a dummy bit line output circuit having substantially the same electrical characteristics as the first bit line output circuit of the standard SRAM cell. Further, the second transistors, which are not otherwise needed for the dummy SRAM cell function, are reconfigured as a voltage tie circuit for the dummy bit line output. Using the second transistors for this purpose obviates the need to add additional transistors to form a voltage tie circuit for configuring the dummy bit line output circuit as a load or driver for the dummy bit line.

Abstract:

A grille having a plurality of s-louvers shaped to increase the efficiency of air flow through the grille without decreasing the effectiveness of the louvers at stopping or deflecting projectiles. Each louver has a hooked portion at the end of the louver to present a ballistic hook for stopping projectiles ricocheting through the circuitous path defined between the louvers. An insert having a closeout for covering the ballistic hook is positioned within each hooked shape portion to eliminate the eddy or stall created at the end of the circuitous path by ballistic hook. The closeout can be penetrated by projectiles ricocheting through the circuitous path such that the ballistic hook can still capture projectiles within the inlet.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems and methods for adaptively boosting the supply voltage to an SRAM (Static Random Access Memory) in response to process-voltage-temperature variations when needed. Embodiments include a critical path that simulates a typical memory cell and read-out circuit in the SRAM. Applying a trigger signal to a word-line input port of the critical path, and comparing the output of the critical path to a reference-latch signal, provides an indication of when to boost the supply voltage to the read-out circuits of the SRAM.

A processing system may obtain historical job feature, network plant feature, and calendar feature data associated with customer premises installation jobs of a telecommunication network which include a dispatch of a customer premises technician. A plurality of the customer premises installation jobs may further include a dispatch of a network-based technician. The processing system may then generate, from the historical data, a prediction model for predicting whether additional customer premises installation jobs may include a dispatch of a network-based technician, apply the prediction model to job feature, network plant feature, and calendar feature data associated with a pending customer premises installation job, determine a likelihood score of whether the pending customer premises installation job may include a dispatch of a network-based technician based upon the prediction model, and assign the pending customer premises installation job to at least a first customer premises technician in accordance with the likelihood score.

Abstract:

A processing system may obtain a request for a new assignment for field technician work associated with a customer premises of a telecommunication network and generate a hypothetical schedule for a future date for field technicians from a set of scheduled assignments in accordance with first optimization factors, the hypothetical schedule including bundles of scheduled assignments for field technician work, each bundle including scheduled assignments for an individual field technician for the future date. The processing system may then determine opportunity windows for scheduling the new assignment comprising time blocks for which individual field technicians are not scheduled to work one of the scheduled assignments in a respective bundle in accordance with the hypothetical schedule, rank the opportunity windows in accordance with second optimization factors, and provide to a customer associated with the customer premises, an offer of an opportunity window, the offer including a rank of the opportunity window.
