The Greater Chicago Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA)
The Greater Chicago Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) has been honoring outstanding graduate students in the fields of public administration and policy for more than 25 years. In recent years, this has been done in conjunction with Public Service Recognition Week, held each year in early May, with the chapter honoring an outstanding student selected by each of the eight universities with such graduate programs in the Chicago area.
