If you've ever worked with a Realtor before that didn't answer the phone it can be quite nerve wrecking. I always pick up my phone to make sure that I'm on top of any potential problems in a deal. 2. No buyer agency agreement. I believe in building a relationship with my client. I want my client to be happy to work with me! 3. I'm technologically savvy. Many agents are behind the times nowadays. This can become problematic quickly. You want to be able to communicate quickly and effectively with your Realtor at all times. Also you want the best marketing tools available if you're selling your house. Furthermore you want to be able to know the second a house/condo comes on the market. 4. Attitude. When dealing with clients I'm not aggressive. I research and provide clients with resources to make a more informed decision. I'm cordial with other agents so as not to jeopardize any deals for present and future. 5. Promptness. I don't want to waste anyone's time. I pride myself on arriving on time. When planning a day of showings I map them to make sure the route makes sense. 6.Experience. Yes there are many agents that may have worked longer. But as a Nashville native having lived here all my life, I dare say I have the upper hand. I have solid experience/have lived in nearly every area in Middle TN.
