Michael Orbino began his real estate career in 2002 with John L Scott, Inc's number one producing office located in downtown Bellevue. He holds a number of Realtor designations including Council of Residential Specialists, Graduate Realtor Institute, and Accredited Buyers Representative. In 2005 Michael founded The Orbino Group as a division within John L Scott that specializes in builder and developer consulting. The Orbino Group's areas of expertise include pro-forma analysis, land development, product mix, marketing plans, and sales execution. Michael currently serves as a Managing Broker for John L Scott and sits on the company's Presidential Advisory Council. He is also actively involved with industry level leadership as the Chairman of the 2010 Seattle King County Realtors Young Professionals Network and special appointee advisor to the Seattle King County Realtors Board of Directors. As a 3rd generation Bellevue resident Michael continues his efforts to give back to the community that has given his family so much by serving on the Eastside YMCA Board of Directors, teaching young people financial literacy as a Junior Achievement Instructor, and as a Groundbreakers Mentor for at-risk young men through the Bellevue School District VIBES program.
