Abstract:An exhaust accessory for a downdraft cooktop includes an air filter cartridge configured to be positioned below a blower of the downdraft cooktop. The air filter cartridge is configured to be in fluid communication with the blower such that air containing cooking vapors may be drawn from a room and advanced into the air filter cartridge prior to being recirculated back into the room.
