This disclosure relates to a method and system that models a seed structure and uses a spectral analysis to identify which morphological seed structures are existent in the seed/seedling. Additionally, this disclosure relates to a method and system that applies multi-spectral analysis using predetermined models of a seed/seedling to identify which morphological structures are existent in the seed/seedling. The information about the existence or non-existence of structures of the seed/seedling is used to classify the seed as having a specific characteristic, for later commercial use or sale. The seed market determines which specific characteristic the method will use to classify the seed/seedling. The individual seed classification may help determine associated seed lot germination values.

Abstract:

An overhead mounted door holder assembly, for attachment between a door jamb and a door, to hold the door in an open position includes a jamb bracket attached to the door jamb and a jamb arm pivotally attached to the jamb bracket. A channel assembly having a longitudinally extending channel is attached to the door. A slide assembly is disposed within the channel and is pivotably connected to the jamb arm. A slide catch on the slide assembly is provided for the door holding function. First and second springs are attached to the channel assembly and positioned within the channel, and a spring mounted catch is attached to the first and second springs. In operation, the spring mounted catch is pivotably positioned in the channel to engage the slide catch and reversibly hold the door in an open position.

An overhead mounted door holder assembly for attachment between a door jamb and a door, to hold the door in an open position, includes a jamb bracket attached to the door jamb and a jamb arm pivotally attached to the jamb bracket. A channel assembly having a longitudinally extending channel is attached to the door, and first and second end caps are attachable to opposing ends of the channel assembly, with each end cap being held by a retaining key in locked connection with the channel assembly. The first and second end caps are configured to allow alternate positioning of the channel assembly inset in a top of the door or attached to a side of the door. A hold open stop is fixably held in the channel of the channel assembly. The hold open stop is configured to have a stop element for engaging a slide assembly pivotally attached to the jamb arm and positioned for longitudinal movement in the channel. The slide assembly is configured to engage the stop element of the hold open stop and hold the door in an open position.

Abstract:

The assembly comprises two, snap-together pieces which, following their clinched or latched engagement, are freely rotatable relative to each other. One of the two pieces comprises a sleeve which has an inner annular land, and the other of the two pieces comprises a rod having flexible extending fingers which terminate in outwardly-directed, land-engaging and latching lugs. The rod is slid into the sleeve, with the lug-ended fingers entering first, and, consequently, the fingers are resiliently forced inwardly until the lugs reach the land. Then the fingers spring outwardly while the lugs latch onto the land. This latching together of the pieces requires no tools.

A door holder assembly, for attachment between a door jamb and a door, to hold the door in an open position includes a jamb bracket attached to the door jamb and a jamb arm pivotally attached to the jamb bracket. A channel assembly having a longitudinally extending channel is attached to the door, and a hold open stop is fixed in the channel of the channel assembly. The hold open stop is configured to have a stop element with a first ramp and a second ramp engageable by a slide assembly. The slide assembly is pivotally attached to the jamb arm and positioned for longitudinal movement in the channel, with the slide assembly having a slide frame configured to support a rocker pivotably connected to the slide frame. The rocker has a catch on one side of a pivot and rocker face on the opposite side of the pivot, with the catch configured to slide over the first ramp for reversible engagement with the second ramp of the stop element to hold the door in an open position. The force required to slide the catch over the first and second ramps is determined by the preload force on an adjustment wedge that engages the rocker face.
