Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for collecting and distributing after purchase experience data. Customers that have communicated with a merchant may provide more beneficial feedback to the merchants than other individuals. In this way, the system provides mechanisms for the customer to provide feedback if they have communicated with the merchant. Embodiments of the invention allow a customer to provide this feedback for a merchant, a product, or the total purchase experience of a customer. A system then compiles and sorts the data. In turn, a customer, a merchant, or other entities may be able to view the compiled after purchase experience data.

Abstract:
Aspects of the disclosure relate to multicomputer processing of client device request data with centralized event orchestration. A computing platform may receive, from a client computing device, event definition information defining an event. Subsequently, the computing platform may receive, from a recipient computing device associated with the event, a request for a delivery selection user interface. The computing platform may send the delivery selection user interface to the recipient computing device and may receive, from the recipient computing device, delivery selection information identifying a destination for the event selected by a user of the recipient computing device. Subsequently, the computing platform may generate one or more event orchestration commands directing an external event processor to execute one or more actions associated with the event, and may send the one or more event orchestration commands to the external event processor via an external event processing interface.

Abstract:
A system and method are described for a COIN-based payment event data management system. The COIN can provide a consolidated source of accounting for all parties to a transaction by providing for multi-directional translation, resolution, accounting and other functions. A COIN server can interface with buyers and sellers, requesters and debtors, and other parties. The COIN server can communicate with different API's of various parties. Functionality can include means of analyzing payment and transaction behavior.

Abstract:
A method for providing an electronic platform for redeeming a customer benefit offer is provided. The platform may include a receiver and one or more processors. The method may use the processor to establish a consumer packaged goods (“CPG”) treasury account. The method may use the receiver to receive a designation of a customer funding instrument. The method may further use the receiver to receive the transaction data. The transaction data may include a purchasing record of one or more purchased items. The method may further use the receiver to receive bar code information related to one of the purchased items. The method may further use the processor to determine whether the transaction data and the bar code data qualify an existent customer benefit offer for redemption. In response to a determination that the transaction data and the bar code data qualify an existent customer benefit offer for redemption, the method may further include executing a transfer of funds from the CPG treasury account to the customer funding instrument. The transfer may correspond, at least in part, to the amount of the customer benefit offer.

Abstract:
According to an embodiment, a payment is processed. It is determined that a user should receive a payment. A user identifier associated with the user is received. The user identifier allows the user to receive communications. The user identifier does not comprise information regarding any financial account of the user. Whether the user identifier is registered with an account server operable to maintain associations between user identifers and financial accounts is determined. The user is requested to register the user identifier with the account server if the user identifier is not registered with the account server. Transfer of the payment is facilitated by a selected one of a transfer to a financial account associated with the user identifier and issuance of the payment by an alternative mechanism according to whether the user identifier is registered with the account server.
