A little about me...
I was born and raised in the United Kingdom until the age of thirteen when my Mum, two sisters, and I emigrated to Florida. As I grew up I moved around the coastline of the Sunshine State and finally settled in the Daytona Beach area in 1996 with my wife and three children. To me Daytona Beach has it all - laid back lifestyle, conveniences of a big city, and of course 'The World's most Famous Beach'. I try to live my life with two simple words in mind 'Enjoy It'.
A little about work...
After deciding to be a REALTOR in 1999 I did a lot of research of what I wanted out of my new career and it came back to those two simple words 'Enjoy It'. Keeping this in mind I decided to align myself with Prudential Transact Realty because it seemed like a perfect fit - honesty, integrity, commitment to the deal, no pressure - all of which are paramount to both.
I have never given myself a catchy slogan - I guess being a consistent Multi Million Dollar sales professional speaks for itself. If I had to give myself a slogan it would probably be ' Matt Renshaw the Right Choice ' but we'll keep that on the shelf for now.
I have been with Prudential Transact Realty for the past six years and am currently their Relocation Director. If you have a need for a REALTOR locally or in another area I will be glad to assist in anyway possible, .Contact me anytime!
I want to be your REALTOR of CHOICE.
The three men to come into the team are formerly discarded Queensland opening duo Joe Burns and Matt Renshaw, who on Tuesday guided the Bulls to victory in the Sheffield Shield final, along with Victorian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell.

Cricket ball-tampering row: Australian trio sent home – as it happened
In what might be seen as more parochial, mere-cricketing news, Matt Renshaw has been called into the squad for the fourth Test, a match that may well have an odd England v Pakistan at Lords in 2010 kind of vibe to it, though the enthusiasm with which South Africa greeted their victory at Cape Town
need a bit of help from batsmen. Both of Australia's openers gave Umesh that help. Warner jabbed at him with hard hands while not moving his feet. Matt Renshaw, squared up by a short ball, followed it with his hands, away from his body, uncertainly, playing neither an attacking nor defensive stroke.
