Chief defends investigation into decapitated teen's disappearance
His body was found Dec. 1 by a woman walking her dog along the Merrimack River in Lawrence. A 15-year-old classmate at Lawrence High School, Mathew Borges, has pleaded not guilty to murder and is being held without bail.
Those close to Viloria-Paulino are grasping for answers after his decapitated body was found along the Merrimack River on Thursday afternoon. A classmate, 16-year-old Mathew Borges, was arrested Saturday morning on first-degree murder charges.
