Abstract:

A portable light has a weather resistant body and plural elongate, flexible branches, each having an LED lamp. The branches are independently bendable and hold their positions when bent so that light from the plural LEDs may be directed toward different objects. The portable light of the invention is suitable for outdoor use, which can be hand-held, hung overhead, or placed on a table or work surface.

Abstract:

A receptacle for storing and holding tools such as utensils and knives is selectively between a flat position in which tools held within slots in the receptacle are held in place and cannot be removed, and an open, curved position in which the receptacle forms a stable stand. In the open position the handles of the tools are exposed and may be readily removed for use and reinserted into holding slots when not in use.

A collapsible, soft-sided organizer has a rigid, water proof base with fabric side walls and lid. A removable internal frame provides support for a cutting board, which also functions as a stable work surface. The lid includes a gusset to define a gear loft and water basin. Abstract:

A multi-function clamp with integrated universal mount for an electronic device, such as a camera phone or tablet computer is described. The clamp may be adapted to support the electronic device in a variety of configurations, such as placed upon a desktop, strapped to a user's hand or fastened to a multiple of photography stability devices, such as a tripod or shoulder rig. The clamp may also allow secure mounting of electronic device to a number of objects, such as a tree, handlebar, auto interior, etc. when used with elastomer, adhesive or hook and loop straps. The clamp may be used with an electronic control module that mounts to a shoe on the clamp and electronically connects with the electronic device. The clamp may be used in combination with a hot shoe for attachment to a conventional SLR camera, wherein a camera phone is either wirelessly or with a wire interfaced to the SLR so that activation of the camera phone simultaneously activates the SLR.
