This ‘client first’ philosophy has always been their approach and it

Lynn and Steve represent the strength of a team. When you add

Emulating her mother’s career choice, Lynn became a realtor.
Her real estate career began in Michigan where she received
the rising star award in her first year of business. Following
her family’s transfer home to Minnesota, she continued her early
success in real estate. Educated at the University of Minnesota, a
mother of two children and an often-transferred corporate wife,
Lynn has a special feel for the needs of mobile clients. Lynn is
experienced in selling and listing residential homes in all price
brackets. Clients benefit from her extensive knowledge of homes,
builders, communities and area amenities. Her professional
guidance and personal attention to each client’s needs have fostered
many lasting real estate and personal relationships. Lynn has been
selling Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area real estate since 1991.
Outside of real estate, Lynn enjoys downhill skiing and golf.
Lynn is also licensed in the state of Hawaii selling paradise with
Aloha!
Lynn’s husband, Steve, retired and joined Lynn in her business
in 2006. Steve brings over 30 years of corporate experience
in sales and marketing for a Fortune 500 company, Chrysler/
Daimler Chrysler Corporation. At the time, Lynn’s business had
grown to a level requiring expansion. Together they saw Steve’s
sales and marketing experience as a natural crossover to the real
estate industry. The techniques Steve learned and developed in
the auto industry of negotiating, business planning, advertising
and merchandising will have value for their real estate clients.
Like Lynn, Steve is a native Minnesotan and a graduate of the
University of Minnesota in Business Administration. He has
been fortunate to participate in sports his entire life, including
playing big ten baseball at Minnesota. Athletics have taught
Steve many lessons, including the strength of teamwork.
