I have over thirty years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting, and real estate. I currently serve as a Managers and principal owner of NorCal Financials, LLC and of NorCal Property Solutions, LLC. I am particularly adept at the art of understanding the real estate market, getting difficult deals completed, and finding creative solutions to avoid potential deal breaking problems. I have invested a significant amount of time studying and executing transactions in multiple markets using many different strategies. I am also a California State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. During the past five years, I have personally completed over 2,000 real estate appraisals on single family, multifamily, and commercial properties. I have also worked for several national insurance companies as an independent Certified Appraisal Auditor. From these experiences, I have not only learned numerous useful lessons and techniques, but have also created profits for both himself and our investors. In addition, I have helped to beautify and improve neighborhoods, and provide jobs and revenue to communities. Through my expertise, I have helped many people build their cash flow and wealth using real estate. Prior to real estate investing, I worked alongside top executives in prestigious fortune 50 companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Hunter Douglas, and Thompson International, in the areas of financial management and business planning. I have developed and managed operating budgets in excess of $300 million and oversaw financial operations throughout multiple divisions. I have also owned and operated a business consulting company and have lectured at the university level. This broad experience has given depth to my understanding of business operations, financial budgets, real estate valuation techniques, and statistical based analysis. I currently function as a landlord, lender, consultant, investment manager, speaker, and mentor.
