Abstract:

A hanging, foldable apparatus particularly suited to hold a variety of garments such as scarves, ties, bandannas and like items, belts, leg coverings, suspenders, and other types of articles. This apparatus includes pieces of cloth facings and which form the body, a plurality of covered elasticized rings which allow for various items to be drawn therethrough, and recloseable fastening products which allow the apparatus to be secured to, and removed from, a conventional hanger or other hanger device.
