This is key in today's marketing.I download all the photos on every web site-over 20, including Trulia , Realtor.com, Zillow,and more. I follow with office caravan, brokers open luncheon with catered food,public open houses,mailings and newspaper ads-I can get your home on the front page! I will communicate all feedback to you in what ever way you prefer,but constant communication is a must. I will negotiate all terms, attend inspections and do whatever it takes to get to the closing table!
