I own and operate McNamara Properties Inc, and list homes for a total of 3.9% with NO other fees. I have 33 years experience in Wake County and Raleigh real estate. I have remodeled and sold 23 of my own homes. I have helped many people with their real estate needs, seniors who downsize, investors, remodelers, builders, young people who are first time home buyers. I have sold some couples their first, second and third homes, as their families grow and then to downsize when they need less space again. I have made a hobby out of looking at new neighborhoods in Wake County and predicted whether the neighborhood will age well, go down in value, stay the same or go up. In about 98% of neighborhoods I have been correct. When I am not listing, selling and remodeling, I am looking at new houses to buy to remodel. I am married to an Attorney, have grown children and one grandaughter. I have painted and sold over 89 oil paintings and a lot of those have been donated to Duke charities to auction for fund raising events.
