Working in the Real Estate Industry for almost a decade, Julius Valino's main focus is in residential sales throughout Queens and Manhattan. He specializes in the marketing, advertising, negotiating and selling process of condos and co-ops. Julius was first introduced to the industry by his father who was a Real Estate Broker in the mid 80's. A graduate of CUNY Baruch College School of Business in New York City, Julius earned a degree in Marketing and Advertising in 2003. He soon after pursued a career in Real Estate. His experience comes from a background of employment as a legal assistant for the NYS Attorney for HUD, a loan officer in the Mortgage industry, and as a licensed real estate salesperson in New York.
