I started working in real estate in 2000 on large projects for a successful Los Angeles Developer, eventually starting my own company with a business partner. In 2007, I joined an online real estate company which allowed me to concentrate on what I love most about real estate: negotiating and providing the best customer service to clients. After six years of working with the company and building the Southern California Market, I decided to leave and work for myself. I have been fortunate enough to be named one of the Wall Street Journals Top 100, 400 and 1000 Real Estate Agents for the third consecutive year and in 8 years have sold over 400 homes. In my opinion, customer service is defined as collaboration between the agent and the client. Each of my clients comes to me with a different set of needs and concerns. While I consider it my basic duty to satisfy their individual needs and address each of their concerns, I'm most proud of the fact that they leave the experience with a sense of appreciation and fulfillment.
