About:
Real estate isn’t just a passion for Joshua, it flows through his veins…literally, actually! His parents, Kirsten and Doug Hill, have been working in real estate together since 2002. As a proud graduate of Arizona State University with a Business degree and minor in Spanish, following in those footsteps only seemed natural for Joshua. Both Joshua and his clients benefit from Kirsten and Doug’s wealth of experience. To date, they have helped over 500 clients buy and sell homes in the Greater Phoenix Area, with an emphasis on Phoenix’s East Valley. As a resident of the East Valley (Chandler, Tempe, and Scottsdale) since 1996, Joshua has a strong affection for the area, but his niche, along the Camelback Corridor, stems from his love of the area where he now lives with his wife, Lisette. As an active member of the community, Joshua also enjoys volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and Ronald McDonald House. Joshua is always growing in his knowledge of the real estate market, locally and nationally, and enjoys sharing it with everyone around him. His commentaries on the Phoenix real estate market have been featured on Realtor.com’s Let’s Talk blog, and can be found regularly on The Hill Group’s blog. In 2010, The Hill Group was ranked among the Top 20 Residential Real Estate Teams by Phoenix Business Journal and on The Wall Street Journal’s list of Top 100 Agents. Doug Hill was even featured in an episode of HGTV’s “House Hunters” in September 2010. Joshua’s breadth of experience with all the various kinds of real estate transactions, including Traditional, Investment, Foreclosure/Bank-owned, Short Sale, and Relocation, is what allows him to help home buyers and sellers through what is often the largest financial transaction of their lives, even during the most challenging of markets.
