I believe understanding the market and what is influencing it are the keys to having a successful campaign whether selling a single home or several hundred. As a marketing director for a builder, I was able to not only study what peoplewanted but design floor plans and communities, set up marketing plans and implement sales programs to drive our business. I work with individual clients buying and selling homes so that they can accomplish what they want and makeinformed real estate decisions. My personal preference is for new or newer homes. The Midlothian and Moseley areas that I work in have a plentiful supply of new and newer homes in a variety of price ranges, styles, and communities.
