Lit Crawl Boston is Thursday in Union Square, bringing a night of literary events to Somerville
Were looking for stuff thats outside of the general realm of what you would think of a literary event, said James Sullivan, co-founder of Lit Crawl Boston and this years program director. The idea is different, fun, unusual things that have to do with the written and spoken word.The Lit Crawl, produced by the Boston Book Festival, started in 2016 as a collaboration between James Sullivan, an arts and culture journalist for The Boston Globe and a professor of journalism at Emerson College, and Alysia Abbott, a writer and the former director of the Boston Literary District.
