I have been licensed as an agent since 2001, but have been raised in a family that has always invested in real estate. My grandmother has been a landlord and business owner that allowed me to see the power of real estate. While my mother was a part-time landlord, it showed me the benefits of passive income versus earned income. I was the first person in the family to become a licensed agent and this helped me to understand more about marketing houses and the real estate market in general. My real estate experience has covered almost every aspect of residential (and some commercial) sales and property management.
