Then I tell them one of my favorite recent quotes by Warren Buffet, who is investing in many different companies and properties during this economic downturn: "Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy only when others are fearful." In other words--When the market has plunged because others are fearful or can't afford to buy, many golden opportunities become available. Couple that with historically low interest rates and you have a Stellar Buying Opportunity!
