I have received certification as a Registered Phlebotomy Technician through the American Medical Technologists. I constantly strive to develop my skills and expand my knowledge. I have proven the ability to draw in the most difficult situations working with the geriatric population of HFV Medical Center. I possess a natural talent for phlebotomy and am experienced in the collection, processing, handling, and transportation of specimens. I have displayed these attributes in the HFV Medical Center Clinic, Dr. Robert Ciemiega's in office and outsourced clinical duties and throughout my schooling and externship. I have shown that I possess the basic standards of accountability and dependability. Beyond these most basic traits I also demonstrate passion in caring for others. I am currently attending Schoolcraft College my cumulative GPA is 3.678 in related course work such as Laboratory Diagnostics, Medical Terminology, Communications, Nutrition, and Health Education. I have been a member of the Deans List for three consecutive semesters, since enrolling as Pre-HIT in August of 2010.
